Founded in 2017, the Chinese Cultural Education Academy (CCEA) aims to foster a comprehensive understanding of Chinese culture and arts among children in Ireland. The CCEA currently offers bilingual Mandarin courses for children and adults, with additional subjects including art, dance, mathematics, and computer science. Our latest initiative is establishing a cross-cultural exchange program between Irish-Chinese and native Chinese secondary school and college students. We are currently seeking Dance teachers(Chinese Ethnic Dance / hip-hop) for our academies in Dublin.

Responsibilities职责范围

​

As a Chinese Ethnic dance or hip-hop teacher, your responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for course design and teaching of Chinese Ethnic Dance/hip-hop, including but not limited to course planning, syllabus, classroom demonstrations, etc.;

• Responsible for guiding students in learning and practicing Chinese Ethnic Dance/hip-hop, providing professional guidance and assistance;

• Organize and participate in various dance performances and competitions held by the school, responsible for the rehearsal and guidance of dance programs;

• Responsible for the daily management and evaluation of students, timely understanding of students' learning situation, and providing necessary help and guidance;

• Actively participate in various activities and meetings of the school and actively promote Chinese Ethnic Dance /hip-hop culture.

• 负责中国民族舞或街舞的课程设计和教学工作，包括但不限于课程计划、教学大纲、课堂演示等；

• 负责指导学生学习和练习中国民族舞蹈或街舞，提供专业的指导和帮助；

• 组织和参加学校的各种舞蹈表演和比赛活动，负责舞蹈节目的排练和指导；

• 负责学生的日常管理和评估工作，及时了解学生的学习情况，并提供必要的帮助和指导；

• 积极参与学校的各种活动和会议，并积极推广中国民族舞蹈或街舞文化。

 

Qualifications资质要求

​

• Bachelor's degree or above in Dance or related field;

• Experience in teaching Chinese Ethnic Dance or hip-hop, with at least two years of teaching experience preferred;

• Familiarity with the characteristics and techniques of various Chinese Ethnic Dances/hip-hop and the ability to perform them proficiently;

• Good teaching and communication skills, with the ability to provide individualized guidance based on the needs of students;

• Good teamwork and responsibility, with the ability to work cooperatively with colleagues.

• 本科以上学历，专业为舞蹈或相关专业；

• 具备中国民族舞或街舞教学经验，两年以上优先；

• 熟悉中国各种民族舞蹈的特点和技巧，能够熟练演绎多种民族舞蹈；

• 具备良好的教学能力和沟通能力，能够根据学生的实际情况进行个性化指导；

• 具备良好的团队合作精神和责任心，能够与同事们合作共事。
